When you use TrackRise, we collect the following information:
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security (RLS). Each institute's data is completely isolated from other institutes through multi-tenant architecture with tenant-level access controls.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 for storage, TLS 1.3 for transmission).

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@trackrise.in or contacting us on WhatsApp. Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
When an institute cancels their subscription, all institute data is retained for 30 days (in case of reactivation) and then permanently deleted.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by the DPDP Act. We will also notify the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
We use Plausible Analytics, which is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies. We only use minimal functional cookies required for the application to work (session management, preferences).
TrackRise processes student data on behalf of educational institutes. We act as a data processor, and the institute is the data controller responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents/guardians for students under 18 years of age.
