These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Atlee Technologies LLP (“Company”), the company behind TrackRise. By accessing or using TrackRise, you agree to be bound by these terms.
TrackRise offers a 14-day free trial of the full platform. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, you have access to all features of the Rise plan. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your account will be paused (data retained for 30 days).
TrackRise is a subscription-based service billed either monthly or annually. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate (approximately 20% off monthly pricing).
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. There is no lock-in period. Upon cancellation:
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — no refund is issued since there is no lock-in. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You own your data. All institute data, student/member records, financial records, and content uploaded to TrackRise belong to you (the institute). We are a data processor, not a data controller. You can export your data at any time.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee a formal SLA for base tier plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via email. Unscheduled downtime will be communicated via our status page.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with 7 days notice via email. In case of severe violations (security breach, illegal activity), immediate termination may occur.
TrackRise is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India.
