This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and payments processed by Atlee Technologies LLP, the company behind TrackRise.
If you're not satisfied with TrackRise, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your annual payment. No questions asked.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty and no lock-in. Since monthly plans have no long-term commitment, refunds are not issued — simply cancel before your next billing date.
To request a refund:
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking via Razorpay).
Add-on purchases are non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime to stop future charges. Active add-ons continue working until the end of the current billing period.
